Under the ASME Section III certification Sandmeyer Steel Company is accredited as a Material Organization for the supply of stainless steel and nickel alloy plate for use in the construction of new nuclear power facilities as well as related maintenance and repair projects. The scope of Sandmeyer Steel Company's ASME Section III certified Nuclear Quality program includes the subdivision and separation of stainless steel and nickel alloy plate along with additional processing to meet customer requirements. Sandmeyer Steel Company's state-of-the-art facilities offer over 100 pieces of equipment to provide subsequent processing under the ASME Section III certification. This processing includes machining, grinding, beveling, polishing, forming, and flattening.
