Sandmeyer Steel Company Adds Thomas J. Tobin as Midwest District Sales Manager

Philadelphia, PA – October 8, 2010

Thomas J. Tobin has joined Sandmeyer Steel Company as District Sales Manager in their Midwest sales territory. He will service customers in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas.

Tom brings with him over 22 years of metals sales experience, mainly with Special Metals Corporation in West Virginia and Tempel Steel Company in Chicago.

Tom earned his Bachelor's degree from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, and his MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati. "Tom's extensive metals sales experience servicing the industries that make up Sandmeyer Steel's customer base will enhance our sales team," said Ronald P. Sandmeyer, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer.
