Sandmeyer Steel Company Names New Inside Sales Representative

Philadelphia, PA – April 6, 2010

Sandmeyer Steel Company is pleased to announce that John P. McCreery has assumed the position of Inside Sales Representative at its Philadelphia headquarters. He replaced Loretta Wysocki who recently retired after 46 years of service with the Company.

McCreery has been with Sandmeyer Steel for 33 years. He joined the Company in May of 1977 as an Office Messenger and has held numerous positions since then, including working in the Storeroom and as a Lathe Operator in the Machine Shop. John's most recent duties were in expediting/production planning, where he scheduled orders in the shop and provided customer service.

Sandmeyer Steel Company was founded in 1952 by the late Paul C. Sandmeyer. Family owned and managed, the Company is recognized as a leading producer stainless steel and nickel alloy plate products used in capital equipment for chemical and other process industries. The Company services customers throughout the world.
