Net Promoter Score Results
As part of our commitment to excellence in customer service, Sandmeyer Steel Company conducts semi-annual surveys with our customers to ensure we are aware and responding to all their feedback. To do so, we use a survey methodology called “Net Promoter Score,” (NPS) which consists of a simple 2-question survey asks how likely our customers are to recommend us. We are pleased to find that our combined score, 78, is considered “excellent” and puts us in great company with others who provide outstanding customer service in countless industries worldwide. The time period measured was April 1, 2022, through September 30, 2022.
