Sandmeyer Steel recently delivered a custom 316L stainless steel ring for a pressure vessel manufacturer, showcasing the precision and quality our customers rely on. This 19” OD x 10-1/2” ID ring, made from 4-3/8” thick 316L, was fully machined in-house to exacting specifications.

The part featured a raised face, was counterbored, drilled, and tapped with 16 threaded 7/8” diameter holes, each 2” deep, and finished with a serrated spiral surface. Our advanced capabilities allow us to meet even the most demanding requirements, ensuring every piece is crafted to perfection.
