Details of the Requirement: For this requirement, we cut this piece directly from customer-supplied drawings, which we were able to replicate to their exact dimensions. This 2″ thick Titanium Grade 2/2H UNS R50400 waterjet cut slotted disc was cut in-house using our Jet Edge 5-Axis Waterjet. We were able to flatten to the customer’s request within 1/16″ overall. For this Titanium Grade 2/2H slotted requirement, we cut seven slots to a tolerance of +/- .045 on all dimensions. These slots were in addition to the Outside Diameter.
